TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms of service apply to all students participating in a Tallulah's Bakery online course. It is a condition of participation that you first agree to theses terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter these conditions at any time.
Payment
Payment is to be made as a one-off payment. The student will received the course once the payment has been made.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of this course we are unable to offer refunds. Payments are non-transferrable.
Intellectual Property
All content on Tallulah's Bakkery website and social media is property of Tallulah's Bakery. By purchasing a course with Tallulah's Bakery you agree not to copy or imitate this content for your own commercial purposes following the course.
If you run cake classes yourself or plan on starting to host cake classes or workshops, you may not use the information given during your class to promote your own classes or your business.
You may not use designs, lesson plans, class format, photographs, teaching techniques, pre class information, notes, wording or any other elements of the Tallulah's Bakery online class you attend.
The class is single use only and is not to be shared with non-purchasing students.
The material may be added to or changed by Tallulah's Bakery at any time.
Revisions of terms of service
Tallulah's Bakery maybe update the terms of service at any time. By enrolling you agree to be bound by the current terms of service.
